How long do I have to file a claim or lawsuit?
   If you have been in a car accident, in most cases you have two years from the date of accident to file a lawsuit. If you have been in a work accident, you should report your
   injuries right away, but you technically have one year from the date of accident to file a claim.

   Do I need a lawyer?
   The laws of personal injury and workers compensation are complicated. There are hundreds of statutes interpreted by hundreds of cases. You should always consult with a
   lawyer. The initial consultation is free. After the consultation, you can make an educated decision on whether you want to retain a lawyer.

   What are your hours of operation?
   We are open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.
